Fantastic hotel with, a great...

Liked: Lovely hotel, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Really happy with everything there, the location was great very close to Snow Hill station, lots if restaurants close by. The bar was great as well
Disliked: The vegetarian breakfast wasn't great. It's a vegan breakfast that you can add too, but in general not great, unlike the rest of the hotel which was Fab.

Liked: Lovely place to stay but due to its busyness it lacks that personal touch that we’ve enjoyed at other hotels. The room was beautiful though.

Disliked: Breakfast was cold and sausage wasn’t cooked in the middle, very poor and definitely not five star!!!
