Liked: The hotel was fresh, modern, spotlessly clean, smelt nice and had decent sized room and huge bathroom Very comfortable bed and pillows with great quilt tooAfternoon tea in Madelienes was delightful, comfortable seating, lovely food and well presentedProbably the tastiest Full English Breakfast I've ever had in a hotel
Disliked: Booked a twin room as travelling with a friend but single beds pushed together so had to move them ourselves Quite dark in wardrobe/tea making area in room

Liked: !Great location, perfect for a visit to the Christmas markets nearby. The Grand is full of style and character..... plus great value on a Sunday night.The rooms were clean, tidy, and well equipped. Staff were helpful and friendly . Breakfast was delicious. I am definitely returning here.
Disliked: Nothing... absolutely the best hotel ive ever stayed in.

Liked: Nice rooms, very good location.
Disliked: We were able to hear the music very loud when trying to sleep. Were moved to another room which was quieter but music could still be heard.

Liked: The bedroom was lovely, the bar excellent and breakfast was good. All that I'd expect from a hotel of this standard.
Disliked: We'd requested a bedroom with a bath and this seemed to be a problem for a while. It was eventually sorted. The reception area seems a bit bleak for a hotel of this standard.
