Nice Hotel but the stay...

Liked: The location was perfect The bar area was exceptional
Disliked: We had no Hot Water in our room We notified reception Who sent up a maintenance man he couldn’t fix it, We had a dinner reservation and theatre booking so had to leave it in his handsHe assured us he would fix it After we returned to the hotel Around 11pm We tried it and still no hot waterWe went to sleep The following morning on the way to breakfast we informed reception we still have no hot water They gave us another room to have a shower in I’m not going to stay here again

Stylish but cold!

Liked: Design, location, restaurant and bar/lounge were great.
Disliked: But the room was freezing! The heated towel rails weren’t on and the bathroom was uncomfortably cold. Had to put air con up to 30c to warm the room up!

Liked: The staff were lovely and friendly, they helped with anything we could ask for.The room was immaculate, and every attention to detail was there.We also wanted to say a big thank you so much to the team for our in room welcome and gift for our special occasion it was very thoughtful!

Good 4 star hotel. Lacked...

Liked: Location, history and good hotel. A good 4 star hotel but lacked 5 star service, room quality.
Disliked: I thought there was nothing like a grand 5 star entrance / reception. The reception felt more 4 star minimalist.
