Liked: View was great, facilities fab
Disliked: The lobby bar wasn’t open

Liked: Staff are friendly and efficient. Valet staff are hilarious and entertaining. The room was very clean and neat.
Disliked: The lighting in the room is very dim, it wasn't easy getting ready for a night out. For the price of the stay and two guests, we had to go out and buy soap and shampoo. A single set of sample bottles was inconvenient as we had to get ready to be on time for a theatre show.

Great place to recover from...

A wonderful hotel in a...

Liked: This hotel was superb, the staff were amazing and the room was very comfortable. We had everything, and more than we could want. We wished we'd had longer and really want to go back! We didn't have time to enjoy the pool sadly but it's a reason to return!
Disliked: The breakfast prices were 5* and a bit more than we usually want/need so we avoided that.

Brief sojourn in the CBD...

Liked: Great location in easy walking distance of queen st and the Vidaduct. Lots of great eateries around the hotel environ.Very peaceful public spaces so we had a calming stay.
Disliked: The furnishings are starting to look dated. They are in good condition so not necessarily in need of a shzoosh up.

Liked: Excellent walking location in CBD.Cheerful and polite staff, always ready to help our needs.Our 2nd time to stay.
