Love this hotel! Cannot recommend...

Liked: Our stay at The Grand by SkyCity was perfect. We were a family group of 3 adults (parents and grown-up daughter) sharing a twin room with 2 double beds. The room was immaculate with a very smart bathroom with bath and a separate shower. We were on the 18th floor and had a good view of the nearby blocks and the street below. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of hot and cold buffet options. There is one thing that made our stay at The Grand by SkyCity exceptional though and that is the fact that the hotel kindly let us check in to our room at 7.30am when we arrived from the airport, even though the official check in time was 3.00pm. That made a huge difference as we were able to shower and change in your fresh clothes after 30 hours of travel from the UK and we were very grateful.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.
