A nice property except for...

Liked: Nice property, clean room, good gym/pool. My only issue was that they wouldn’t let my family and I use the pool area to freshen up after a long international flight before my room was ready. A few days before check-in, I had checked with the hotel about the possibility and they said yes. However, when I showed up, they said no and that I couldn’t until after I officially had my room. This was very disappointing because I specifically booked this hotel and paid a premium for this reason. I would not recommend this hotel for others in the same situation.

Liked: They were very accommodating with an early arrival which I greatly appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfectly located! No full room...

Liked: Perfectly located in the very center. Nice view from the 10 floor.
Disliked: No room service due to a lack of staff resources as they told us!!! The guy at the reception was very friendly. They brought at least new towels then. But anyway: For the price I expect full room service.

A great location from which...

Liked: Location worked well. Being near to the Sky Tower helped us find our way back to the hotel when we went exploring Auckland. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The concierge could have informed us of discounts available as guests of the hotel. We found out about this by accident.
