Beautiful from start to finish

Liked: Beautifully refurbished to a very high standard. Our room was amazing, huge, great sea views, comfortable with lovely little extras like organic teas & real coffee

Fabulous, very special hotel

Liked: Excellent and friendly staff, lovely facilities and the hotel makes you feel special. Really enjoyed the stay at this iconic hotel in Brighton.

Liked: The suite/room was brilliant. The communal areas were very impressive. Staff very friendly/helpful.
Disliked: Better variety for breakfast. The lift could have been quicker!

Liked: We stayed in the Grand Suite and it was lovely except from the view from the bedroom. The location is very good as it was close to everything.
Disliked: Breakfast was busy and items ran out quickly. Slow room service as we returned to our room at 3:30pm and it still hadn’t been cleaned.
