Disliked: food wasn't great, no info in the rooms, the lift was dangerous, pushed me over and I hert my arm, so complained,window in our room didn't close creaky floors

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel many times over many years, and I had conversations with Constantin the waiter who has been there all of those years. I love the location of this hotel right on the seafront. It is so handy for visiting my family and friends.
Disliked: I was on the top floor so the shower was a little slow to heat up, but that is understandable.

Liked: We travel to Weston-super-Mare now and again .we always stay in the grand Atlantic Hotel. But for some reason we are always put on the 4th floor ..in attic rooms..why I don't know
Disliked: Being in the attic room .booked a sea view room ...but still put on 4th floor?
