A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: The room was very clean. The staff was responsive and efficient. They were always polite and understanding. The availability of water is greatly appreciated. The coffee in the sitting room was great!
Disliked: The breakfast was below par. We tried it once and did not go back. We did get the pizza from 50 Kalo. A great perk!

Great location but that's it...

Liked: The pillows were superb, probably some of the best I have slept on. Bed was comfortable and the linen was crisp. Great cupboard for getting extras like face wipes etc.
Disliked: On arrival we were allocated 2 rooms together, we were with friends, problem was our friends had a wheelchair and a walker (which they could see) and these rooms were down 6 steps. Told the reception that this was not suitable and they changed them, however we were at the opposite ends of the corridor which wasn't great.Our room was ok, there was a big crack in the window that had just had celotape put over it.We dropped our bags off in the room not stopping and on returning later that evening discovered it was cold, we put the heating on so we thought, but it didn't work, luckily there was a blanket. We advised in the morning the heating wasn't working and they had an engineer come to fix it, problem was it was very, very noisy that night and although set to 25deg still didn't get that warm.The telephone wasn't working so I had to call the hotel direct to find the not very obvious place where the hairdryer was.No biscuits or snacks to have with coffee in the room apart from mini bar stuff totaling over £100.The restaurant food was nice but very expensive for a small piece of steak one onion ring and one tomato £26, you had to pay £6 for each extra and they also added 10% for '"cost of living" if I had known this I would have asked for it to be taken off. We were down as my husband was in the parade, and although a great location not sure I would pay that much again just for a room.

Liked: Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom was okay. Sufficent amount of towels.Room at backside of hotel very quiet.
Disliked: The room was at the backside of the hotel, not a nice view, but very quiet.
