Disappointing given the price!!

Liked: Location and some members of staff
Disliked: Room very small, corridors and toilets need a good clean, bar management didn’t have a clue how to organise their staff, which wasn’t the staffs fault as one of the staff was absolutely brilliant but she was getting very frustrated with the lack of leadership and direction.

Liked: location awesome, awesome helpful staff, bed comfortable
Disliked: room expensive for what you get, smaller space, small bathroom

Liked: Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We could drop off our luggage long before checking in and we could leave our luggage for safe keeping after check out. The location is perfect for West End shows and your main tourist attractions.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
