Great hotel, great staff, great...

Liked: The lobby was nice and welcoming and the staff were very kind and willing to help! They were able to accommodate our request to have our rooms moved next to each other. The location is unbelievable - so close to Grafton St. and all of the activity. Added bonus - the Harry Lemon is right across the street!
Disliked: Nothing!

The hotel manager needs a...

Liked: There was a mistake made with my booking which I was so disappointed with, we have stayed here many times and there was none of the requests I had paid for in the room….fortunately I called reception and a manager, (unfortunately I cannot removed his name) he was amazing and saved our stay for my bf’s birthday by giving us the room we requested and when we came back to the hotel after dinner there was chocolates, a note and Prosecco….if it wasn’t for his help this review would have been VERY different!

Highly recommend this amazing property...

Liked: The Grafton Hotel is in the most incredible location! Step outside and you are in the midst of Dublin - a step away from shopping, pubs, bars, etc. The vibe is electric - yet the hotel itself is an oasis! But, for us, the best was the customer service - which was next level!! Noel, the concierge, is a stand out for us. A delightful, energetic, friendly and helpful fellow. So entertaining and genuine. He may well end up being our highlight of Ireland overall!! We ventured out to nearby bars, and went walking. Immersed ourselves in the excitement of the festival of Saint Patrick's Day. We had a few drinks each night in the hotel bar, Bartleys, with chicken wings to die for! We were lucky to meet Andrew here, Selin and Saidbh. Andrew was so helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips. We felt valued and enjoyed our nights at Bartley's. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Dublin. I would highly recommend this hotel! And, with a delicous breakfast included this hotel is 10 out of 10.
