Beautiful art deco boutique hotel...

Liked: Great location. Quiet and safe area. Rooms are very clean with an art-deco decor. Continental breakfast on the Front desk staff very helpful
Disliked: Beds are quite hard. Would have liked a lounge chair in the room. Should offer breakfast every day

Liked: Breakfast was good. Most of staff was outstanding. One young restaurant hostess was terrible.
Disliked: Was promised a free drink at dinner because of anniversary. That did no happen. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

Excellent choice in Seneca Falls

Liked: Very central, located right by the Women’s Heritage Museum and plenty of free parking. Lovely staff. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
Disliked: Our room faced on a back lot that was a bit noisy at times. Ask for a room facing the street as there is little traffic on that side.
