Good but not great

Liked: Location
Disliked: No tea making facilities in room. A tray could be requested to the room but only 2 biscuits.Breakfast expensive and not that good. I’ve stayed in cheaper 5 star hotels in London that I believe are a higher standard.

Liked: Great service and very attentive and helpful staff. You are treated with great hospitality, as you expect in such place. Legendary hotel which give you remarkable experience!
Disliked: Though you may order everything to your room, it would be great to have coffee/tea set available in the room

Liked: Lots of choice at breakfast. Staff excellent. Friendly and efficient Great location Also that’s it’s an independent hotel rather than being part of a chain.
