Friendly staff providing efficient service,...

Liked: We have stayed here before and again the stay was most enjoyable with exceptional staff and service. Dinner was excellent. Although the location is not quite as ideal for us compared to some other luxury hotels in London, in this district you can park your car for free right next to the hotel at the weekend from 13:30 on a Saturday.
Disliked: A minor comment is that vegetarian sausages are not available if you like a full English Breakfast and don't eat meat, this seems to be in common with other 5 star hotels.
