Liked: I arrived late the entire street was blocked and I had to wait a long time for valet, who would not come to the top of the street and there was no one to bring my bags…although the desk clerk very graciously offered assistance.

Front desk staff was lovely....

Good but not great.

Liked: Great location and lovely old building. Well maintained.
Disliked: There were several things that by coincidence went wrong. The battery on our door lock didn’t work and it took waiting for maintenance the next day. Not enough towels. I parked the rental car on the street (found a free spot) and the front desk encouraged me to put in valet. I didn’t think it was necessary as there were many cars parked on the street.
