Liked: The whole experience was lovely polite friendly staff nothing to much trouble x
Disliked: Couldn't open window room was very hot but they provided a fan

Great hotel for a weekend...

Liked: Less than 5 minute walk to shops, and main area. Breakfast was great and room was cozy.
Disliked: Due to it being an old building, the radiator by the bed kept banging when heating come on, very loud and kept waking both of us up. Apart from the loud banging from radiator it was a very pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay. Helpful staff.

Liked: That it wasn't very busy. The size of the room was good. Food was good, bed comfortable. The lift was useful. Nice to have a bath in the en suite, but I couldn't get water hot enough to actually run it. The staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Hot water was slow to draw. The windows didn't open. No fire escape plan in the room. No heating control within the room. Sink in the bathroom was very small.
