Disliked: Understaffed, no atmosphere, no comfortable chairs, ripped lino in bar, no background music, TV on in bar during dinner . Grand exterior not matched by inside. If staying in Woodhall Spa stay at Petwood Hotel instead

Disliked: On the second night, water in room was not replenished. Would be nice to have a bottle of water per day rather than just one on arrival.
