Disliked: The fact that I have serious mobility issues and the room was up 4 flights of stairs.This wasn't explained when I initially made the original booking.The staff were not very understanding or compassionate to my needs at all.

A pure coastal treat that...

Liked: We always enjoy staying here and every visit is perfect. The location is perfect with wonderful views and walking distance to everything. Private parking is an added bonus and is secure with a code. The bedrooms have a quality luxury feel and are spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The food is very high quality and there is plenty of choice. The bar is well stocked and has a great selection. The staff are all fantastic and make every guest feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and the warm friendly atmosphere is felt throughout each visit. There is ample space to sit and relax both inside and out with stunning views.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing needs improving as it's simply wonderful.
