Lovely hotel, great location, friendly...

Liked: The bar, restaurant etc were lovely & the staff super helpful
Disliked: Was all good, only point where it could have been slightly better was that Breakfast was a tad disorganised in terms of having to keep asking for juice, toast etc but it may have just been that they were busy

Disliked: Unable to get an evening meal due to a Christmas party Also people attending the Christmas party were offered a better rate which included breakfast, our rate excluded breakfast, needless to say we went elsewhere for breakfast We come to this hotel every year we visit the sandringham Christmas lights Next year we will look elsewhere

Liked: Beautiful spacious room and ensuite - excellent location - superb breakfast
Disliked: Sadly our beautiful room was above the bar resulting in thump from speakers being present all day and evening until 11.10pmMaybe respite the speaker.

It wouldn't be my first...

Liked: The room was average at best. i' stayed there before in a better room. I think the Golden lion is overpriced.
Disliked: The room could be better maintained and decorated.
