Comfortable nights stay

Liked: Lovely old hotel in the centre of St. Ives overlooking the market square. Room was very comfortable with dual aspect windows and views of the square. Nice bar and good menu, although I was meeting friends elsewhere. Great cooked breakfast and very friendly staff.
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything.

Lovely location bright cheerful hotel

Liked: We arrived a day early by mistake. Staff were quick to resolve the issue for us. Good location, staff were very helpful. A pleasant stay.
Disliked: Paid on arrival for an extra night but we were charged again after our departure. It took a few days to sort out and get a refund. This was the second time we have been charged twice by a Booking. Com accommodation provider.
