Liked: Exceptionally friendly hosts. Lovely characterful and large room

The location was ideal, we...

Liked: The breakfast was good with several options to choose from. There was ample parking space, which was off road.
Disliked: I would have liked the option of fruit for breakfast, but realise this a personal preference. Also some decaf coffee available in the rooms.

Excellent pub/B&B near Snape Maltings....

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, local produce and all really well coked and presented. The pub was dog friendly which was a requirement for us as we were travelling with 2 dogs. Check-in was easy and food/drink in pub was great, will definitely stay again next time in area.
Disliked: The room was very warm due to radiators being on permanently. Not an issue since we opened a window.

A very lovely country pub...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The 15th century pub is traditional with no music or fruit machines and the decor is very sympathetic with some truly memorable fireplaces. The staff are very friendly, flexible and helpful.

Liked: Quirky room with beams and character! Very cosy and although above a pub, we really heard very little noise. The food both in the evening and breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing
