Exceptional

Short, nice stay.

Liked: Room was large, clean, and comfortable. We had an early flight the next morning, so we did not get to have the breakfast. We chose this location because it was close to the airport.

This wasn't a holiday booking,...

Liked: Staff at the bar, who served dinner n drinks where fantastic.
Disliked: Having a bath to climb into was extremely problematic for my Mother.

Not the best stay. And...

Disliked: When we arrived In our room , went to use the toilet, and jet just say there was some in the toilet that i thought would have been flushed away, most channels on the tv had no signal, after returning to the hotel tried to buy a drink at the bar only to be told that I needed to show the card just was issued with the rim keys in order to buy the drinks, did t see the point in this as the card does not allow access to the room but the key card does… anyway went all the way upstairs to retrieve the card to hi back to the bar only this time to be told I had no credit on my room and then had to go to reception to get the credit added, the. Went back to the bar for the 3rd time and was then eventually able to it the drinks, only to find my bank card has been charged the £50 credit plus the cost of the drinks, I need to use the toilet early morning only to discover the toilet was blocked, I the. Had uk sanded around the hotel in my pyjamas to find a public toilet. . I did report the toilet blocked only to be told they were aware of this as the room next door reported the blockage the night before, we went to breakfast on the morning and while waiting h yjj in bed seated we were asked our surname, when o said Kelly , the woman said “I said your surname” in a very abrupt and non friendly manner, not the best experience on staying in what is deemed to be a 4 star hotel

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The room has been updated since my last visit and it was wonderful. The rooms are really big with very comfy beds and also have a table and chairs.. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was lovely and modern and spotless too.
Disliked: Nothing to say.

Poor

Liked: The hotel is fine, and the restaurant is good. Our room was very comfortable, and had good views.
Disliked: We could hear every slight noise from our neighbour through a connecting door. No doubt he could hear us too.Car parking is terrible. There might as well be no car park at all unless you arrive very early or late.
