Liked: The hotel and rooms were clean and bright lovely big rooms, cozy comfy chairs and sitting areas throughout the lobby and corridors, plenty of seats with was a god send as I have poor mobility so plenty areas to sit for a breather,The swimming pool is amazing very warm and ambient lighting we went in the evening and watched the sunset through the large windows.Walk in showers in the bedrooms were great plenty pressure and heat.
Disliked: My only complaint was the bed it was lumpy and uncomfortable, however this would not stop us from coming again.

Liked: Lovely view over the river .Pool was heavenly ,steam room ...nice and hot . Homemade vegetable soup delicious .

Liked: Staff were nice. Food was good
Disliked: Plugs in room not working. Reported 4 times and was not rectified. I was offered a change of room but I didn’t want to move my belongings and had requested a room near the lift.I was told that they had no ability to rush the repairs s they were not carried out by the hotel. I feel this is very poor. Staff tried to help but was out of their control.
