Could be the right hotel...

Liked: The location is outstanding and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The property is run down. There were three burned out lightbulbs in our room and one lamp that didn't work at all (even with a good lightbulb). The bathroom had sticky stuff on the floor. When we asked for them to clean the bathroom when we left in the morning (you have to request any services) it still was not cleaned when we got back at 5 pm. We talked to front desk when we went to dinner and they just dropped off towels and no new coffee pods. It seems like they are an old nice hotel that has let itself go, has a morning desk clerk who is very disengaged and is resting on its ideal location.

I would happily go back...

Great hotel in central location...

Liked: Great location right next to the river. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Coors visit etc. Good staff who were always friendly.
Disliked: Drinking water in room tasted of chemicals. Bottled water available but in plastic bottles. Would prefer clean fresh water.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated nice for Christmas. The location was good as we attended an event at The Rose so we could walk to the venue.
Disliked: When someone in a room next to us used the bathroom or shower it was loud and sounded like it was coming from our room . There was also a constant beep noise that we think figured out was coming from the walk sign when it would count down for when the light was going to change red. We could also hear the traffic outside so with all of this we were woken up at 7 and did not get to sleep in.

Disliked: I think of friends that are shorter than I am and what a problem the high bed would be for them
