Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated nice for Christmas. The location was good as we attended an event at The Rose so we could walk to the venue.
Disliked: When someone in a room next to us used the bathroom or shower it was loud and sounded like it was coming from our room . There was also a constant beep noise that we think figured out was coming from the walk sign when it would count down for when the light was going to change red. We could also hear the traffic outside so with all of this we were woken up at 7 and did not get to sleep in.

Disliked: I think of friends that are shorter than I am and what a problem the high bed would be for them

Liked: Amazing in every aspect. Location, staff, facilities, everything was amazing. We stay at many different hotels during our annual vacation in the west. This hotel by far is the one we look forward to staying in
Disliked: Absolutely nothing
