Quiet and comfortable stay at...

Liked: Friendly staff, easy check in, warm, comfortable room with good tea and coffee facilities - biscuits are always welcome!
Disliked: Lack of a cooked breakfast

Liked: I’ve stayed here a number of times now . Much better that it offers a food menu . Prices are fair and food quality is good . Usually stay in 1st floor room bit this time was in room 7 which is ground floor . Bit noisy being ground floor , however room was nice and spacious bed comfortable

Pleasant, relaxing and comfortable.

Liked: Rooms had lots of character and were nicely furnished, the owner / manager was friendly and welcoming. We liked that there was a bar for refreshments when we arrived on the Saturday. Big carpark at the front and a nice sized garden at the side. It was useful to have a fridge in the room, as well as tea / coffee for hot drinks.
Disliked: Nothing really - everything was as we hoped for. No breakfast included, but we knew that in advance.

Would have to really consider...

Liked: The building and decor was lovely, bedroom furnishings were nice
Disliked: The water didn’t work on the Saturday evening and Sunday morning, when it eventually came on it was scalding hot or freezing cold, shower setting wasn’t adjustable, not sure if the tampon in the bedside drawer was complimentary ( should of been in the bathroom) only one bedside lamp, two would of been better, breakfast cancelled and no restaurant on the Saturday or Sunday at late notice

Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The room was comfortable,furnished in keeping with the building.Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing needed,it's fine as it is.If anything was changed I think it would spoil the atmosphere of the place.

Very good but no breakfast

Liked: Good location, parking, spacious room with a fridge. Great style of the building and the room.
Disliked: Breakfast was advertised but not available, a fridge was in the room and a grocery store down the road. Cold tiled floors.
