Liked: The staff was OK. There was a good view at sunset.
Disliked: when I booked on Booking.com, I paid an extra $15 for two queen beds but when I checked in around 5 PM and the check-in is at 4 PM I was told that there were no two queen beds available. So instead of staying at the hotel, I literally drove back to my house at 4 AM just so everybody could have a place to sleep. And then I was on the hotel roof and I got told that the second floor like pool table and bar would be open and we went down there and it was not open. I was not informed prior to check-in that there was not two queen beds available went on Booking.com. I was told that if I pay an extra $15 I would have two queen beds. I was never told that this was denied until I was checking in if I had known I would’ve brought my cots from home. That’s another issue with this hotel is there’s no cots? What do you mean? I literally could have brought my own extra beds but instead, I drove home at 4 AM and didn’t get home until 6:30 AM. I was falling asleep behind the wheel. This is ridiculous is unacceptable.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. However, the service stood out—the server was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms were compact but well-designed, featuring a comfortable bed that made for a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is a major plus, situated in the heart of the attractions with the Hollywood Walk of Fame just a short walk away.
Disliked: The food menu was quite expensive, with the breakfast buffet costing almost around $50 for a day. I visited the rooftop hotel once, but it was crowded due to a birthday party. During night you could hear the music from the rooftop hotel.
