Exceptional

Was really a lovely stay.

Liked: We really loved our stay. We will come back.
Disliked: Probably the party at the rooftop. We booked on a Saturday night and there was a Halloween Party and the music was too loud but I reckon it's not everyday.

Very good

Liked: Brand new facilities, nice sleek and modern. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: Could use some more sound proofing on the windows and doors. Ideally include a grab and go breakfast.

Nice relaxing pool area and...

Liked: We liked the pool area as it was a way to get away from the hustle and bustle of LA.
Disliked: We didn’t like the noise from the rooftop bar which went on til 3 a.m and the guests were noisy coming back to their rooms. Also there was no place to put our luggage, a caddy or shelf, except on the floor.

It was an excellent starting...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet (with the exception of an occasional V8 rumbling through the streets—that’s LA). Friendly staff and a pretty good location with nice sunset view to the hills.
Disliked: The limited breakfast options were a small downside, as all nearby coffee places were a few blocks away on foot. Understandably, there wasn’t much capacity downstairs, but the rooftop bar, with its great views, could be an excellent spot to offer some small breakfast options as well. :) Currently, the rooftop bar couldn't serve coffee, even during the day. (Just cocktails and drinks)

Liked: Loved that we were on level 2 - IFYKYK.
Disliked: The room was so small and we didn’t expect it to be that small! We were shocked

Liked: Very good location Rooms adequate & clean
Disliked: I booked 2 rooms on checkin 2 deposits of $300 were taken from my card. Stay Oct 27-28 checked out on Oct 29 when taxes were deducted from my card but deposits not repaid, reception advised 5-6 days for repayment- Nov 8 still waiting
