Very pleased with this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. Loved the rooftop bar. Located conveniently to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. The lounge and bar on the 4th floor were GREAT to meet friends in.

Liked: Everyone, from the receptionist, front desk, cleaning crew, valet, were all VERY friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave - would've been nice to have those within the room.

I wouldn’t be back at...

Liked: Initially it was very nice but because of the events they were holding the elevators and lobby would be trashed. Other guest were obscenely loud late at night screaming through the halls. It was crazy.

The staff were kind of nice but coming in I got to the garage about 4 minutes earlier than the reserved time, there was no way for me to backup as other cars were behind me, I called for help on the intercom and was told I would have to take a ticket and pay the difference for the 4 minutes which is ridiculous in my opinion when I already paid for a 4 day slot but was just there 4 minutes before the technical start time. I ended up just sitting there for 4 minutes until the reader accepted the code to let me in.

Liked: Rooms were a good size. Goddess and Baker around the corner for breakfast.
Disliked: Mattress was lumpy from overuse. Clear impressions where people sat on edge of the bed or slept.Lock on door didn’t work. Noisy room bear elevator. Needed better maintenance.
