Very good

Liked: Reception and welcome was wonderful.Location close to Boston Common and downtown Room was fantastic on a corner. Clean, spacious and light.
Disliked: Urban tax for things we wouldn't use

Great hotel and would definitely...

Liked: Excellent location for many of the sites and very walkable. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely return.
Disliked: Nothing really stands out. One minor suggestion would be to add at least one hook in the bathroom. But no biggie.

Nice hotel with some extras...

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a real plus since parking is limited in the area. Drink tickets and in room water/snacks were a nice touch.
Disliked: No fridge in room, no breakfast included. For such a high rate, I would have expected the fridge at the very least. TV was spotty unless you connected your phone to streaming.
