New favorite Detroit hotel

Liked: Great location, we had a great view from our room. The hotel was clean the bed slept comfortable and the room was cozy. I will definitely be booking here again.

Liked: I love the location in Corktown. The service was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and professional. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The food was delicious. Happy Hour was fabulous.
Disliked: The food was a little pricey for me. We ordered dinner for two and with a tip it came to $100. It was a lot of food and we didn’t eat it all. It would be nice if you offered more appetizers and small salads. For eating in my room I would prefer spending about $40 for a quick snack. I don’t mind spending $100 to eat in the Restaurant. The Happy Hour menu with all snacks at $10 each would be nice for a snack menu available in the rooms. 3 appetizers and a drink would have been perfect for our first night. It was 9:30 when we realized we were a little hungry. The breakfast menu was great but still came to $100 not including my tip which I always tip 20%.

Pleasant

Liked: Clean room, bath and sheets.
Disliked: Could hear every single car passing by the hotel. Loud bikes revving engines and basing loud music until 3AM. By wife and I couldn't sleep at all. Staff wasn't very helpful. They don't have room service after midnight. They also charged us automatically for valet, and we arrived with Uber. Had to call the property 3 times to get resolved. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
