Liked: Perfect location for all our plans. The staff were all helpful and extremely accommodating. The bar is lovely and the bartender was the absolute best!

Liked: Well maintained and charming.
Disliked: The bed’s were on the soft side and the tv and internet were fussy. Breakfast was poor.

Liked: Good ample breakfast. Located within walking distance to Severance Concert Hall, museums, botanical garden, etc. Parking on premises. Excellent restaurant (L'Albatross) a few minutes walk away. Large, comfortable room and friendly staff.

Our stay was so comfortable...

Liked: We came back for another stay at this very charming hotel. They even gave us the same room which we liked. Nice touch.Nice staffs, comfortable sitting areas here and there, and breakfast in a cozy dining room.I like the fact all the guests seem quiet and classy. Maybe this hotel attracts nice guests too?
Disliked: The lights in the room are a bit too white to my taste. If the reading lights had warmer shade, that would make the room even cozier. Nothing major, though.
