It was alright

Liked: Overall, it was decent, as expected
Disliked: I requested a toddler cot which was confirmed would be provided ahead of my arrival. On arrival, it was not in the room so I asksd the front desk staff for it. They confirmed it would be brought to the room but it never was. I couldn't bother to keep following up about this.
