Glengate exceeded my expectations with...

Liked: Glengate had amazing facilities and perks for the price! It was an easy process to check in and out and was great to have a complimentary breakfast. The staff was great as well.

Bedbug, poor customer service staff...

Liked: Price, breakfast
Disliked: We had 4 rooms, I found Bed bug in side the wash room wall walking from under the picture and hide in to washroom fittings. I just let the management know for compensate but they dicline. 4 time I emailed but they ignore. Very bad customer service also keys 🔑 frequently not working locked many times. Customer service indian guy was very rude.

Disliked: The room we were given to stay in smelled so bad. It was impossible to stay in the room at all. We left as soon as we entered the hotel.

Liked: Just like 5 star hotel..veey clean inside the building.smells so fresh fr hallway to room. So clean..love it.
Disliked: Parking is a bit tight but its free and i found my spot easily.
