Liked: Had dinner and breakfast at the property, good food and reasonable value for money.
Disliked: Location is a little bit out of town but they operate a shuttle bus on regular basis

Disappointed

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable entertainment on first night enjoyable .Breakfast was excellent and all staff we met throughout stay.
Disliked: The food in bar restaurant was hit and miss. Had a lovely meal first night but pasta on second night wasn't nice at all left most of it. There was no entertainment on second night due to a conference which was very unfair to guests not involved or irish speaking , especially as hotel is outside of the town. Guests should be informed prior to arrival if no entertainment

Liked: Common areas in the hotel were lovely. Staff nice and helpful. Good entertainment for kids. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Our room looked nothing like in the photos. Bathroom was awful more like 2/3 star hotel. They did offer to change out room for refurbished one with better bathroom. Water in the pool was cold. Personally prefer a bit smaller hotel. Had to wait for dinner over an hour in the hotel bar. Hotel was very busy- bank holiday weekend.
