An amazing time, perfect location,...

Liked: The location was the best possible. Cannot be beaten. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was also simply exceptional. As an added bonus, make sure to book (in advance, if possible - though we didn't need to) the "terrace" for lunch or afternoon drinks overlooking the Duomo di Milano. Don't stay anywhere else !!!
Disliked: The rooms are about to be refurbished. The property will be even better when this is done.

Liked: The hotel is excellent by all standards. In terms of location. It is located in the Duomo Center, cleanliness is Very high. Room size more than your expectations Great staff's in charge terms of respect and supports smile is always in their faces, specially Mr. James. strongly recommend this hotel.
