excellent staff! excellent location!

Disliked: lobby wasn't to the level..it wasn't actually a lobby. Not big difference to the whole stay though..The balcony overlooking Duomo was quite small, offering a side view only.

Great!

Liked: Everything was great! Fabulous location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast, very spacious room and the cherry on the top was the balcony overlooking the Duomo.
Disliked: Better lighting in the bathroom.
