Liked: Only the location was good, staff tried to be helpful but were really not
Disliked: The property is run down, they have zero facilities that qualify this as a 5STAR PROPERTY. The elevator was tacky and people using the terrace and the restaurants made it very incovenient for hotel guests. breakfast selection was poor. No common areas, bathroom ordinary, products awful- turn down service in name only- would never recommend this property to anybody- it is a complete rip off for the price- i am shocked booking.com is promoting this property to begin with

Despite the potential inconveniences associated with the reconstruction, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service.I especially want to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail of a particular hotel staff member. She ensured that my stay was truly unforgettable, always ready to assist, provide information, and make everything as comfortable as possible.A special thank you goes to the stunningly beautiful young woman at the reception, who left an unforgettable impression on us with her kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality.I sincerely apologize if I am mistaken about her name, but I believe it was Madli.Therefore, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to her, and if I have misremembered her name, I ask for your understanding.

Disliked: I want my money back please! We were extremely disappointed ☹️ the hotel is dirty , the entrance is like a storage, the smell of the room is sewage. This place shouldn’t be rated as a 5 or 4 star hotel. It deserves a 2 star max.
