Disappointing
Liked: Staff member that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Didn't see anybody else
Disliked: Beds were rock hard. Shower door was broken, bedside lamp was broken and tatty.

Disappointing, perhaps I should've booked...
Liked: the bed was comfy
Disliked: The restaurant was closed for refurbishment, which I was not aware of. The staff met me at the reception but from then on it was a telephone number to ring if any issues. The car park looked dodgy to say the least. I had to walk to the hotel next door to get food . drink, or the petrol station up the road. The room had an AC unit with a large hole made in the external wall so cold air and noise came straight into the room, which was tiny (the double bed took up 95% of the space). The shower was cramped and I repeatedly banged myself whilst washing. The fixtures and fittings needed attention throughout the room (the door lock did not function, there was damaged flooring, the shower gel balanced on a metal strut for examples).

Great potential
Liked: Very reasonable price and excellent bank of EV chargers in the car park.
Disliked: The car park needs some attention, fencing has fallen down and has been like this for many months. No actual hotel facilities, no restaurant or bar.The room was clean, but things were missing, no bedside lights or switches. The bathroom shelf had broken and was left on the floor. A little attention to detail and outside tidying would make all the difference.
