Liked: I liked the room size and the bed was very comfortable, the location is nice too there’s a few shops around and a shopping centre with a cinema.
Disliked: I didn’t like the shower, the temperature of the shower would go from freezing to boiling hot it was very uncomfortable to take a shower with it being like that, also I noticed some mould on the ceiling.

Brilliant location, good value for...

Liked: It’s was spotlessly clean & in an amazing location . Staff were so pleasant & friendly. Price was so reasonable for a fab hotel in Dublin. We will definitely revisit.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say… facilities were excellent.

Clinical and unfriendly

Disliked: Very basic clinical hotel. I booked it as part of weekend away for my parents with a show and payment should have been taken on my card before hand. I had a phone call and explained this to staff when I booked but they were still asked for their card on arrival. I phoned the hotel to understand what happened and found the girl that answered very rude. She spoke over me constantly and I had to raise my voice to be heard which isn’t like me. My parents rang down to ask for milk for tea and could not understand the foreign staff member snd they could not understand them. They explained they had already used the plastic cartons one UHT milk and he said ‘oh I think you’ve used the ketchup ‘ ?? All in all they found their staff clinical , unfriendly , and the hotel cold. We will not stay here again !!
