Liked: Fantastic location if attending the 3Arena! Our request to have both rooms close to each other couldn't be met as second room wasn't ready so one room got upgraded to an executive suite.
Disliked: The long queue to get bags out of the locker room, having already checked in and paid earlier.

Liked: One of the worst hotels I have stayed in for this price point . Cold , should be more designated areas in restaurant and bar for actual paying guests. We had to speak to reception and restaurant staff 3 times to advise we are guests and are not continuing to walk around the area to look for food and drinks when there is non residents here . Surely that's that's the luxury of booking and paying to stay in the Hotel . Room basic , whole hotel needs major upgrade .
Disliked: Please read above Food Service Room Cold Hasseling guests with phone calls to room when u are getting ready to check out . We were family of 2 adults with our daughter .

Liked: Staff were really friendly, our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us. Breakfast was fab plenty of choice. We saw a show at 3arena which is situated litterally over the road
