Best location for 3 Arena...

Liked: Location excellent for concert in 3 Arena . It's directly across the road. Was great to walk across the road to our hotel after a show at the 3 Arena . Location excellent for transport to Heuston station, door to door on the red line Luas. Also if you want to pop into the city centre the Luas from outside the door of the Gibson will take you to the door of the Jervis shopping centre. Rooms are modern spacious and very clean . Staff were very friendly. Bar is modern yet it feels welcoming and casual. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Room felt too warm without the air con system running but this was a bit noisy to leave on during the night
