Liked: The room, bed was comfy and staff very helpful

Superb

Dated but was sufficient for...

Liked: Food and hospitality couldn't be faulted.
Disliked: The main road was noisy and busy, so maybe there should be better windows for soundproofing.

Liked: The property was well situated for our needs, the room was adequate, clean and the bath lovely for a soak, the only downside for me personally was the mattress was too hard, this side would definitely stay again but bring my own mattress topper

Disliked: Lack of sockets in room. None near the bed.

Liked: Nice bar with good atmosphere. Bedrooms clean.
Disliked: Decor in rooms very dark and dingy. Bathroom updated but shower very poor. Tv very small needs updating.

Shabby rooms.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Main areas of hotel are nice.
Disliked: We had a deluxe room..hardly that. It was shabby..T.V didn't work on the first night...staff sorted it next day... Then the shower wouldn't turn off..that was on our last morning..the bedrooms and bathroom really need updating..although the beds were really comfy and the rooms warm..Limited toiletries. It was disappointing.
