Beautiful hotel shame about the...

Liked: The check-in was great, friendly helpful staff showed us to our room "amazon". The room was good, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Sad to say the shower control for hot / cold didn't work effectively. The water too hot so couldn't shower. We mentioned this at checkout. Disappointing conversion with reception staff member who said there hadn't been any complaints in the previous 14 years. Hopefully they have mentioned our complaint to maintenance.There was a long wait for cooked breakfast. Staff did apologise for this.

Disliked: Noisy road. Noisy person walking on floor above. No restaurant in either hotels.Reception service not that accommodating for class of hotel.
