Wonderful hotel, great location!
Liked: Beautiful, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to see.
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive and the bacon wasn’t good at all.

A little disappointing, we spent...
Liked: The location is great, in the heart of Georgetown and an easy walk to so many places.
Disliked: The staff at the beginning of our stay was not very friendly or helpful. Not very welcoming. Towards the end of the stay there were some staff members that were very friendly. We were disappointed by the quality of the room- for the amount we paid I expected nicer pillows and towels, and they didn’t clean our room one day even after we specifically asked them to. The space was comfortable and spacious which was greatly appreciated. The walls are very thin and you can hear into other people’s rooms and hear people walking above you in the middle of the night. I awoke each morning too early because there was someone walking right above our bedroom.

The end of the stay...
Liked: Clean room but small for the price.
Disliked: The staff and front desk customer service were poorly trained. They spent more time talking with eachother and less paying attention to the hotel customers. The valets spoke broken English so communication was challenging. The general manager and front desk manager were hopeless at resolving our problem with our lost car key. I had to suggest they contact the valet employee to see if he'd taken the car key home after his shift, which he had. I then had to ASK for a credit on the $50 overnight parking fee and ask for coffee while we waited for 1hr to get our car at which point, we'd missed out appointment. The staff lacked customer service training and how to deal with frustrated customers; they behaved as if ignoring the problem was the best course of action and seemed more concerned with themselves and had complete indifference to the situation. I have travelled to hundreds of hotels around the world and this is at the BOTTOM of my list with customer experience. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here, it's overpriced, understaffed, and the staff who do work there are under trained. Horrible experience!
