We will definitely be back.

Liked: It’s a wonderful Georgian Revival hotel. The staff was wonderful.
Disliked: The door from the parking lot did not work by pushing the handicap door opener, made it harder to get luggage inside.Our shower leaked under the door, which made quite a mess. However, when I told them about it at the desk, they had the maintenance man go to our room while we were out and he remedied the situation.

Would stay again but would...

Liked: Beautiful period hotel in the centre of historic old town.
Disliked: Detached staff who made no effort to engage with clients that we could see. The Uno Pizzeria & Grille Restaurant had no pizza on the menu as they had no Pizza chef that evening (it was a Thursday night). This is a Chicago Pizza chain so hugely disappointing not to offer your main dish! The waitress seemed embarrassed.
