Bar Staff lovely, let down...

Liked: The Hotel bedroom was beautiful.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. It had large cob webbs on the ceiling and dirt around the bath. The bins were not emptied and the room not cleaned on the middle day. The toast on the last morning was bead which had been kept in the oven so was disgusting.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Really liked the way the windows were done in winter scenes. Inside was clean and tidy as was the outside . Room was spacious and clean , very clean linen on the bed aswell as towels . Staff were great very courteous and worked hard . Had dinner that was nice , breakfast was lovely with a wide choice , again the chap serving the breakfast was very polite and the lady when checking out was very polite . Will definitely stay again in the future was made to feel very welcome .

Comfortable stay and great value...

Liked: Great value for money with everything you could possible need in your rooms. Comfy beds, excellent staff, large amount of parking and excellent food both for breakfast and dinners.
Disliked: On a busy road so a bit of traffic noise in rooms but really nothing too bad.

Good could have been better,...

Liked: Bed exceptionally comfortable, bedding excellent, room nice, bathroom excellent. Decor tired in some places. Not the cleanest of places. Not an unpleasant stay. Parking on site a real bonus. Staff not the friendliest although to he fair it was Christmas week and they were very rushed. I expect it we stayed outside of the festive season it would have been better
Disliked: Cleanliness and atmosphere

Liked: Perfect location. Excellent communication. Flexible and accommodating very late arrival. Friendly welcoming staff.Fantastic breakfast. Value for money.
Disliked: The room was a little dusty around the skirting boards.
