Liked: lovely breakfast with fresh fruit and a vegetarian option. Really friendly and helpful staff and central location. Lovely room with everything you need.
Disliked: no good in you need a lift or struggle with stairs.

Liked: Breakfast and evening meal were very good. The restaurant and bar offered a varied selection.
Disliked: I did book a single room but it was very small. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working.

Liked: staff all lovely. centre of town.
Disliked: bathroom tired. Bed old. pillows not so good. a hook in bathroom would have been nice to hang towel on till you came out of shower

Liked: The breakfast was lovely,good choice and everything well cooked.
Disliked: The only problem for us was a very soft mattress,so we never slept very well.

Liked: Lady on reception/breakfast was lovely.Reception area really niceBreakfast was epic. Lovely and hot and food great Bed was comfortable and temperature of room perfect for me.I had a great night's sleepShower room and bedroom immaculate .
Disliked: Hotel and room a bit dated and worn out..would benefit from a freshen up refurb.Room would benefit from an additional light over tea and coffee shelf as it felt a bit dark using kettle.
