Easter Break 2 days

Liked: Lovely old town centre hotel wiith the charm and features of a 16th century hotel. Also very warm and pet friendly which is one of the reasons we chose this property.
Disliked: Staff were very busy with walk in locals wanting meals and refreshments and looked overstretched to cope. Routes to bedrooms were a bit of a warren . We went up 3 flights if stairs and then downstairs to get to our room.

Great hotel in the centre...

Liked: Excellent location, dog friendly, room was very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty. Happy friendly staff. Would recommend to family and friends.
Disliked: The revolving door at the front of hotel, though it is part of the character of the hotel. Difficult to go through with dogs. There is easier access from the car park.

Liked: Really lovely hotel, rooms were spacious and very modern and comfortable. Breakfast very good, lots of options. Lovely staff
