A pleasant overnight stay.

Liked: I was pleased to find the George really 'up to scratch' as sometimes these older properties look great in the photos but are a little tired in reality. This was NOT the case with the George, there was everything that was needed at just the right level of service. Really good value.
Disliked: This was entirely my fault - my room was very warm, but I couldn't find the radiator, it was 'hidden' in plain sight under the TV and behind a chair. So I could have controlled the room temperature or even asked Reception. So now you know the heating is good|

Disliked: No elevator to any of the upper floors dangerous if your carrying heavy suitcases There's a chair lift that just goes to ballroom but if your on 2nd _ 3rd floor it's flights of stairs and not good
