Great location and decor

Liked: The location and decor was very nice, the restaurant had great food and service
Disliked: The bathroom layout is very uncomfortable and it makes the water get all over the room

Wonderful!

Liked: I've been coming to The George for many years now. The hotel is well situated and I enjoy its ambiance. Rooms are perfect and the restaurant excellent. I'm glad that the sauna is working again.

This is a great place...

Liked: Modern hotel in close proximity to local shops, restaurants etc. shirt walk from Central railway station with plenty of buses into and out of the city.Friendly staff.
Disliked: ‘Mood’ lighting throughout! We found it very dark!

A very nice, clean and...

Liked: A nice location, a lot of cafes around while still a quiet area. Half an hour walk from the Rathaus. Very nice spatious and clean rooms with a good design. A balcony with an ashtray. Late breakfast, and the breakfast itself was very nice. A popular bar downstairs was also a pleasant feature.
Disliked: Minor things, like same breakfast every day, too soft pillows and no door in the shower.
