Good, but would choose another...
Liked: They had some good amenities.
Disliked: The rooms felt bare and cold due to lack of intentional design elements.The breakfast should’ve come included in the stay, and I reached out for room service and got ignored. Also, no casting on the tv so I was forced to watch cable instead of anything I wanted.

Disappointed
Liked: Location
Disliked: My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by unclean conditions, particularly with the bed sheets, which were stained and clearly not changed. To make matters worse, I received a shocking notification on my digital wallet, indicating that I had been charged over $35,000 by the hotel. This unexpected charge caused significant stress for my wife and me during our vacation. Although the charges were eventually resolved, I was disappointed that no staff member reached out to me to address the issue or discuss compensation for the inconvenience. After contacting the manager, I still did not receive any response, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued as guests. This experience has made me wary of staying at this hotel in the future.

It was worth the money,...
Liked: My family loved the pool area. The room was a good size with ample space to store luggage. The closet was large as well as the bathroom. The art work throughout the building was amazingl Front dest staff were friendly.
Disliked: Many times, the key card did not work in the elevator and one had to stand in line (sometimes for 15min) waiting for the front desk to reactivate the card. The cleaning staff did not always come to clean our room and sometimes it was not cleaned well at all.

Be cautious. Could be double...
Liked: The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the beach and the more historic South Beach area. The towel service should not be an issue provided you do not lose the card.
Disliked: Be cautious when booking here. Many hallmarks of an intentional scam. I and all of our separately booked friends were charged double or more for our prepaid rooms. Once through Booking.com and again onsite. It was not resolved quickly and required numerous interactions with staff. The ruse will be that their system does not show that the room is prepaid. You’ll be exhausted from traveling and just want to get into your room, so you’ll accept their claim in good faith that it will be resolved in short order. However, that will not be the case. Once you demonstrate that the room is indeed prepaid, they’ll claim to refund the money immediately, which they won’t. Then you’ll ask for the manager, who will claim it’s easier to just keep the hold and that to remedy the situation, they’ll have to contact the “accounting department” but it will be done. Then they’ll claim that reversing the charge could take 7 days, so it cannot be done. Then they’ll claim that the whole issue is due to a new computer system that apparently does not track the most basic booking info (could be true, but profoundly incompetent software implementation if that is the case). This is a known and well documented type of hotel scam. As such, I had to contact both Bookings and Visa to ensure I was protected. Only on the last day when I insisted on being provided a $0 bill was I confident that I would not be double charged for the room. Not that they will not try this on the next guest. The time wasted on the whole ordeal was extremely frustrating.
