Disliked: The room was dirty with mould in the bathroom as there is no ventilation. There were stains on the chair and on the floor. We were only provided with one towel despite it being very clear there were two of us. The window would not close in our room which overlooked the street and had a nightclub below, so it was noisy. When we raised that the window would not close, they said there was no one around to fix it.
