All in all a perfect...

Liked: We need a simple accommodation that was clean, comfortable and no frills. We wanted to be in Wells, one of our favorite Maine locations, did not need breakfast or a pool etc, which were not offered this time of year. The reasonable price per night reflected that. The location was perfect. The price was right for us.
Disliked: The room has no AC that reaches and cools the back bedroom. It was warm back there, but slept with the window open and as it’s October I was ok. But I imagine not very comfortable in the summer.

Would stay again.

Liked: They had actual crockery in the room. Nice view. Efficient staff member.
Disliked: Room smelt a bit on arrival.
