Disliked: This hotel is nothing like the photos. It is a 2 star property. Everything is old, uncomfortable and in immediate need of repair. The carpets in the rooms are ripped, old and dirty. The rooms are hot !!! If you open the windows you won’t sleep with all the noise around the property.

Pleasant suite hotel close to...

Liked: Location was more residential and close to the subway stop at 63rd. We wound up with a one bedroom suite which was a great upgrade. Sofa bed mattress for our son was very comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms were very hot and the system was difficult to figure out, we set the temp as low as it would go and it still blew hot air. In the end we shut it off and opened the windows.

Disliked: The price ($600 a night) was absurd for a medium-sized room witha sofa and chairs.

Liked: The hotel was clean and close to all store and restaurant needs. Many trains close by made getting around the city easy. Close by to grocery to cook in the kitchen and help on that budget. Staff was over the top in kindness.
Disliked: Room on 6th floor stayed warm but it was winter and we just like a colder room.
