Liked: Beautiful Garden, the rooms were a bit outdated but nice and confortable oversll
Disliked: The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The food was basically unedible (not fresh and bland) We had cold scrambled eggs with equally cold sausages and some joghurt. No options to choose from either. We decided to go elsewherre for breakfast. Kind of a no go for a bed and breakfast at this price point

Liked: The hotel is just amazing. stunning accommodation, spacious, exceptionally clean. positively one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. There was entertainment both nights we stayed. The gardens are truly wonderful

Liked: Excellent location, near the middle of Duval St. Nice pool and pool bar, set in the gardens of an old clapboard house, plenty of character
Disliked: Limited parking at $30/night, but this is probably expected in the narrow streets of the downtown area
