Disliked: Terrible smell of manure, host was unaware of our booking. Entrance very muddy on shoes. Cold tap in bathroom broken. Breakfast other than standard was seen as an awkward request.

Liked: Great little find for this lovely little village. Property was well located, nicely appointed and comfortable and a fabulous breakfast each day completed the package. Would thoroughly recommend.

Liked: We had plenty of space in our rooms, overlooking a beautiful garden. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the host kindly lit the log fire for us each morning as the weather was unseasonably chilly for June. Overall we were very comfortable and the location was good for exploring this area of the Cotswolds.
Disliked: The village is spoiled somewhat by the constant drone from the nearby M4 motorway, although it didn’t bother us too much during our stay.
