5th stay at this beautiful...

Liked: My 5th stay at this beautiful property Upper floor quiet unit Heat worked well on one of the coldest nights of the New Year Front desk staff is always professional & welcoming.
Disliked: Breakfast on the expensive side.

A true classic in Garden...

Liked: Great location in Garden City. This hotel is a "classic" with a really good restaurant that offers a wide choice of food for diner as well as for breakfast.

Very comfortable, nice pillows

Very disappointed with staff

Disliked: Staff was rude when I called front desk bc I could not hear the young lady speak. I have a hearing disability and wear hearing aids. They were supposed to email me my paid bill upon checkout yet still have not received. I called 3x and gave them a different email to send it just in case; however, I believe they’re just too lazy to email it.
