Would highly recommend this hotel for your ABBA experience and Stratford Centre location.

Lovely

Liked: Nice restaurant and general reception areas. Lovely big bed and nice linen. Getting free upgrade on arrival,
Disliked: Check-in was a little slow.

Comfortable, well located, basic despite...

Liked: Clean room, nice helpful staff, nice shower and bath products, loads of plugs, nice linens, early check-in was great, great convenient location, mini fridge in room. Would stay again if I caught it on an offer.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft, unclear if there was an ice machine, limited information given in the room, no hot chocolates for non tea/coffee drinkers, bad AC - very limited controls/ low power and doesn't stay on long due to movement sensors, toilet moves when you sit on it, minimal toiletries provided, no minibar/ basics provided in the mini fridge, cleaner disturbed us 2+ hrs before the check out time which was disappointing. Room didn't seem that big for deluxe... wouldn't want a standard. The light glows from the bathroom and can't be turned off which may disturb some sleepers.
