Liked: The only positive thing was the waitress that served our evening meal
Disliked: In all honesty, the price paid for a room does not reflect what you should experience. We tried to check in early but were unable. We arrived on a motorcycle, soaked after travelling through heavy rain, not the hotels problem but they watched as we sat in reception without even offering so much as a towel to dry ourselves with. whilst watching multiple people check in before us when we were sitting in the lobby. The entire hotel had a damp musty smell almost like sewage! Rubbish, empty wine bottles, glasses, trays of food, dirty laundry bags, take out bags and laundry carts strewn the corridors for the 24 hrs we were there. The distance from facilities was ridiculous. There isn’t one lift that goes up more than 1 floor. We were placed on the second floor at the furthest room which meant 1 lift up, a hike to the next lift, another floor up followed by another adventure hike to get to our room, only to find out the key card didn’t work!! Disappointed doesn’t come in to it. The food was good but it’s more of a production line.

Great Location, Excellent Staff

Liked: Excellent location, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The decor is a bit tired, could do with a revamp, but it was extremely clean and welcoming nonetheless

Liked: Room was lovely , and very clean. The main disappointment was we had spa treatments and then use of leisure facilities, jacuzzi wasn’t workin, sauna wasn’t working. Spa treatment was lovely. But definitely didn’t think we got value for money since half the facilities weren’t even available. Also staff didn’t seem to care when I complained in leisure facility and at check out
Disliked: Could have been compensated for the above

Disliked: Spa - hot tub was not hot, spa staff was unwilling to clean up hair in shower from previous client (said it was normal to have clumps of hair in shower and it would be cleaned later that night), toilet out of paper (staff said they would restock) had to take towels from the room to the spa.
