It was okay

Liked: Generally a nice hotel, nice location, not too far from the city, nice places to eat
Disliked: Waited an hour to check in, originally asked a member of still if I could check in, they 'looked for the receptionist, and said they would be around soon and if I rung the phone, which was left of the desk.Asked another member of staff if i could check in and that i had now been waiting an hour, a lot more pleasant, asked again if I rung the phone, which was left on the desk, which she got for me.The receptionist was rather moody.Rooms were nice, but not enough in pillows on the bed, had coffee but had to ask for some teabags.Quite noisy too.But okay for the price

Peaceful, clean room in a...

Liked: Lovely, stylish hotel with really colourful and quirky decor. I loved my room. Great location in a trendy part of town. Quiet. Very clean!
Disliked: If the car park is nearly empty, in low season say, it would be nice to offer free parking. Seems a bit mean to charge for it when there is such a huge empty car park.

Confortable room - good place...

Liked: Beautifully decorated; reception staff helped us upstairs with our bags; parking available behind hotel; restaurants and shops were close by.
Disliked: Had to pay extra for parking (this wasn't the case in properties we stayed in with similar set-ups); room was cold despite adjusting heating; hot water didn't last long; TV screen was too dark to watch.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Cosy environment with friendly reception. Room was clean and had a an interesting style mix between Victorian, but modern decoradtion. Well illuminated bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but a bit too soft for my personal preference.
Disliked: The room was a bit noisy, you could hear when cars would pass by, people in the corridor and other rooms. The shower floor and shower head need some improvements. The shower floor was feeling a bit awkward, like as it was getting air inside and feeling stuffed. And the showers head needed to have lime scale removed.

Unique little gem, top service,...

Liked: Just home for a fantastic stay with my partner. Exceeded all expectations. Little gem. Unique and quirky decor, great atmosphere and service. Breakfast was 10/10. 5/10 minute drive into the city centre so extremely convenient. Would highly recommend.
