The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and located near to the Bath Forum, which is why we chose it.

Beautiful hotel, shocked by limited...

Liked: Beautiful large rooms, polite and friendly staff, just pretty dumbfounded that for the price we paid we could only access the pool/spa during either breakfast time or dinner time. In our opinion if you book a 5* hotel with a pool and spa and pay the price tag, you should have access to that, not only between 7-9pm which utterly interrupts any dinner plans.

Liked: Room was small but comfortable and clean. I was disappointed with the access to the Spa, only available for a couple of hours at 7pm and a short time in the morning unless you pay a very expensive fee or buy a treatment. This wasn’t clearly stated when booking or was hidden in the small print

The spa was calm but...

Liked: Amazing beautiful room with huge windows but privacy and loads of space. Comfy but firm sofa with table on castors so I could work or paint where it suited not perched on the bed.
