The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and located near to the Bath Forum, which is why we chose it.

Liked: Really quiet at night, beautiful room with complimentary mini bar. Lovely staff.
Disliked: No hairdryer that I could find. The phone in the room didn't seem to work. The Spa was wonderful but too busy during the free two hour slot in the evening.

Luxury city centre stay in...

Liked: Breakfast not taken due to early departure requirement.
Disliked: Car park directions should include what3words data. Most modern satnav systems can reference this.

A beautifully appointed and historic...

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The staff were excellent and utterly accommodating. From reception to housekeeping the standard of client interaction was exemplary. The location is utterly perfect.
Disliked: The gym was ill equipped. The bar was somewhat soulless (a physical thing) despite the best efforts of the staff. The bar and restaurant were very expensive.
