Meh
Liked: Central to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly and the food was ok.
Disliked: Our room was very unclean, with dust everywhere, the wall above our bed was just a sheet of dust. The bathroom was disgusting. Black mould where you’d expect it to be at the shower, but you wouldn’t expect to see it in a hotel…especially when you are paying almost £200 for a night. The iron is about 20 years old, the tv looks as though it’s probably the same. I’m general the place is a tad outdated.

Disliked: Coast is 5 Star, great food and staff, breakfast was also greatSpa/ thermal pool is 4 Star, clean and modern with a good size gym Hotel is 3/4 Star, clean rooms and hallways etc BUT when you book a DOUBLE room it shouldnt be 2 singles pushed together, especially when one is soft and lower down than the other being a newer harder mattress.Pillows are like towels, never had any extra ones in the cupboard either.Rooms are not really sound proof as I had the 10 ton man next door snoring all night. Might come back for dinner in the future but doubt I will use the hotel again.

Disliked: I had paid through booking.com, when I arrived I was told by the girl on reception payment was still required. I did let her know I had already paid and she made up that apparently until it’s paid on arrival booking.com only ‘hold it’, I couldn’t get reception on my phone and paid again, then moved to the side and connected to the WiFi to check my online banking. I had now paid twice as booking.com had taken the payment it was on ‘hold’. The girl acted like it wasn’t her fault and then said I’ll refund you then, THEN instead of putting through a refund put another sale through, meaning I paid again.
