Stay was good! Only a...

Liked: - It was in a nice quiet area - Room facilities were good- Pleasant Staff at reception of hotel - Comfortable bed
Disliked: - Staff on spa reception area quite rude - Staff in restaurant not very observant

best hotel ever

Liked: loved all the staff from housekeeping all the way up. piper and Jody especially catered to all our needs and wants. had a wee problem but Jody fixed it immediately for me. no bother at all
Disliked: there was nothing that we dididn't like. p.s maybe put bathrobes and slippers in room.

We left at 6am after...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable- springy, hard and the feeling you were about to roll out it.Restaurant food- breadcrumbs on fish was lumpy and hard, fish tasteless, very thick hard dry chips. Great staff and manager sorted the bill for uneaten food.Lack of swimming pool ( great thermal suite and brilliant staff), Location of allocated room (rm2)- noisy guests outside room at 2am and 4am, on both occasions I had to remonstrate with them.

Stayed as a wedding guest,...

Liked: Nice lay out of building, staff were great. Nice toiletries/soap choice in terms of brand. Breakfast was nice, and evening food was decent too. Nice leisure facilities and spa.
Disliked: Not the cleanest, lots of cobwebs throughout building, dated bedroom bathrooms, sealant of bath mouldy and needs replaced, under taps of bathroom sinks dirty/mouldy and same with toilet bowls not being very clean. Noticed a lot of dust throughout the building, and within the room. Mattress was not the most comfortable, but I can imagine it would have been when new. A few upgrades required and attention to detail for cleanliness would see a notable improvement.
