Disliked: told the front desk that maybe I will have to stay for one more night when I have arrived and my staying was for 5 night and I payed 350$ a night. After the evening night I went to the front desk and told them that I need one more night and they said 980$ so this things must be regulated some how. For that money, the room was clean but not even a single bottle of water in the room. The pool is not like in the pictures as because of the buildings near by, the sun is not shining over the pool area. wanted to go to the Spa for a massage and guess what, it was a total disaster in there as they were refurbishing or something but no signs even thoe they charge because they have a spa in the hotel. Another bad thing is it says it’s Grayson Hotel but actually is The Gabriel and on Uber app appear as The Gabriel and not Grayson so very disappointed and I will never return to this hotel. if you want to visit Art Miami thoe is good position.

Disliked: Advertised spa treatments… but weren’t available. Breakfast menu in room unavailable to order from in morning. Ordering anything from front desk was a challenge… nothing came for 30 minutes + later. Ordering breakfast to room but no silverware, by the time the silverware was brought up, breakfast was cold. disappointing stay…
