Very good

Definitely will return to stay...

Liked: Location was very central. Staff courteous, efficient and ready to help with anything. The Club lounge where we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and late afternoon drinks on floor 28 was a huge bonus after a long day spent sightseeing. Staff were amazing. Food served was delicious. Will definitely return to stay again.

Liked: A very nice room that was very clean and comfortable . It was located in the heart and the city and near the sights. Plenty of shopping and an excellent buffet. Really an exceptional experience.

Great location and reasonable price

Liked: We were in town for a concert - the location is fantastic, the room rate quite reasonable considering it's the centre of Sydney and the room spacious and comfy.
Disliked: Nothing in particular though the check in process could have been smother.

One of the best in...

Liked: Reception, room, location. Room was changed from 2001 to 2510. I don't know if that was an upgrade but room was excellent. Breakfast buffet excellent. Dinner one night OK.
Disliked: Meal at the restaurant was not too good - meal was not hot. Staff apologized nicely and offered another, or a dessert. We didn't require either but they kindly reduced the bill by $15. An outstanding service!!

Always lovely walking into familiar...
