Liked: Rice room, large bathroom, fantastic location
Disliked: Reception staff seems somewhat underskilled. We have been double charged for our stay, and patience has been tested in waiting for someone to get back to us to rectify it, phone calls do not get answered. Not what we expect from Fullerton. For this reason will not stay again.

Good but not great stay

Liked: Location and size / space of the rooms
Disliked: The TV was not showing the main channels ie 90 we reported this twice and were told someone woh come to the room and no one did.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in...

Liked: The rooms were beautiful. Way bigger than we expected it to be. Bathroom was lovely. Staff were wonderful, when we had three guests but only two robes and asked they made sure to send one up asap and the men at the bag drop off were so helpful holding our bags pretty much all day. Spa bath was amazing
Disliked: no pool- although this didn’t affect our experience negatively as wasn’t our purpose of travel but would definitely be an added bonus

Exceptional

Liked: Love the grandeur and the history of the building.
