Liked: Could be doing with a refurbishment as the curtains were hanging off the windows Carpet was stained as well

Liked: It was next to the venue we were attending a wedding at. Food in restaurant was good.
Disliked: Room was old, tired, dusty, cob webs, cracked ceilings. Had to upgrade in order to have a toilet!!!! Had to walk through busy pub to get to room. I have stayed in much better accommodation for £100 per night.

Very very disappointed!

Liked: Staff were ok
Disliked: No breakfast for two days running , chef didn’t start work until 11:00 ????? Was told I could buy a breakfast from takeaway shop along the rd , and they would let me eat it in the restaurant??????

Poor

Disliked: When we arrived it was evident that the beds had already been slept in, there was rubbish and used towels also in the room, as we were travelling for a football match and our ferry was delayed we didn't have time to speak to staff and ask for another room. We spent 5 minutes in the hotel before we had to leave. Cleanliness left alot to be desired, we stayed here for location to the football ground however we would never come back
