Liked: Exceptionally situated at the beach in Art Deco district with outstanding view to the ocean. Spacious suite, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Due to the central position quite noisy at night.

Liked: Location was excellent. Room was ok located on first floor behind the check in counter. No view from the window located above the bed.

Disliked: Everything was broken and busted. Walls fulls of scuffs, broken mirrors, broken bed frames, broken floor tiles, lamps without outlets, weird odors, doors that can’t open, uncomfortable mattress

Liked: Upon arrival was greeted kindly and welcomed, the hotel appeared to be clean but when going to room the sheets were dirty the tub was clogged the sink had no water pressure the toilet would not flush properly due to water pressure the windows were very dirty. The paint on the walls over the mildew did not work the tv sits low on an out dated tv stand. This was by far the worse hotel experience in Miami.The roof top pool area each plant was dead the look of the area was filthy very unorganized. Bad stay deceiving pictures of advertising.

Liked: I felt unsafe inside the room, weird noises around the hotel and corridors, at some point I felt someone was trying to open the door of my room.I don’t know if I was expecting too much but the money I paid for this hotel was not worth it at all, a very old hotel, towels and bed sheets old and smelly. The floor in the toilet instead of beige is all black the glass inside the shower full of soap.Leftover from other guests inside the fridge, I went to take a fork in the kitchen and it was dirty with rest of food attached, DISGUSTING!The security box was broken, the light inside the room was broken too they change it but the following day! Really bad smell inside the corridors. They clean the rooms every two days, insane!!!!! I will never return to this hotel again, really disappointed!!!I don’t even know how this hotel has many good reviews, disgusting, not clean, unsafe, smell of cigarettes, towels and bed sheets almost yellow and smelly. Nothing good to say tbh.
